Graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, PhD. in the field of "Energy" in 2010, working for VUJE, a.s since 2003. He is expert on static and dynamic neutronic simulations, design of core reloads for VVER-440 nuclear reactors. Besides its engagement for existing nuclear power plants, for several last years he has actively participated in research for innovative gas cooled fast reactor, being skilled user of the SCALE, HELIOS and SERPENT neutronic codes. He participated in several EU research projects, focused on fuel cycles and transmutation. For his contribution to nuclear research he was awarded by several prizes of the Slovak government.
